When we first met with Nycole and Drew over coffee and ice cream, we instantly became friends.  After shooting their engagement session, we REALLY hit it off.  The joke ever since then was that Drew was not allowed to dip Nycole at their Casa Romantica wedding  because she didn’t want to risk a repeat of what had happened at their engagement shoot.  If you follow us on social media, you may have seen us post a GIF of Drew tackling Nycole down to the ground when he tried to dip her… luckily Nycole survived the blow from her firefighter fiance with just a few scratches and a sore thumb, but she told Drew he definitely wasn’t allowed to “go get her” on their wedding day!  Needless to say there were so many laughs between us during the engagement session and the months that followed so we were really excited to see them again and capture their wedding.

Their blush and slate blue wedding was executed beautifully with all the amazing florals from Petite Bouquet, and Casa Romantica provided the perfect view and weather as usual.  The day went just as we hoped it would, full of fun, laughter, beautiful details, happy tears and even a rock paper scissor battle mid-ceremony (how cool is that?) to see who was going to say their vows first.  Congratulations Nycole and Drew, here’s to a lifetime of laughter!
